New Street Fighter Movie is Going to Suck More Than All The Other Sucky Movies That I’ve Been Posting
| Mar. 19, 2008
The movie has been confirmed and so has the cast. Here is the cast taken from videogamer.com.
The story will revolve around Chun-Li, who will be portrayed by Smallville actress Kristen Kreuk. Also staring in leading roles are Michael Clark Duncan as Balrog, Neal McDonough as M. Bison, Taboo of Black Eyed Peas as Vega and Chris Klein as Charlie Nash.
With a cast like this, I’m sure they’re going to get some douche rag director to direct this thing into a wall. Kristen Kreuk will work well to play as Chun Li but at this rate, I’m only hoping that it be as cheesy and as wrong as possible, along with the likes of Akira.
On a shit note, it seems like they’ve also found someone to fill the spot of Bison. Now if we only had a Guile cameo by Van Damme, then this movie would be perfect.
Live Action Akira Movie Confirmed for 2009
| Mar. 10, 2008
Tray and I are big fans of the 1988 the anime movie, Akira, and we are not fans of anime to say the least. From what we know so far, it looks like this will disappoint. Here are excerpts from www.firstshowing.net on the matter:
The two films will be directed by Irish filmmaker Ruairi Robinson who is making his feature debut after directing a number of short films and commercials…
The script for the two films is being written by first-time screenwriter Gary Whitta.
It’s coming 2009 so they’re obviously rushing it with inexperienced people at the front lines. See where this is heading? Here’s another piece of poop to be dropped — reports say that this version will be taking place in “New Manhattan.” They might as well take out the bike chases too.
We will be keeping an eye out for any new developments.
Doomsday is Not Going to Suck So Bad
| Feb. 28, 2008
It might suck but it won’t suck as bad as 10,000 BullCock. This movie looks like Mad Max on hard drugs. Obviously we’re not hoping for superb acting or a deep plot.
Hammered Bros. only cares about loony punks, molotov tossing, over-the-top violence, and apocalyptic wastelands. Doomsday looks like it will deliver.
I had the joy of watching some clips and I think this movie is going to rock. This type of apocalyptic wasteland movie is long overdue and I’m sure we would all appreciate this after the boring Oscars.

10,000 BC is Going to Suck So Bad
| Feb. 27, 2008
It’s made by the same ass job that did Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow, and Eight Legged Freaks. I don’t think this movie can even “suck so bad that it’s good.”
It’s PG-13 so you know there’s not going to be any decent violence, just a lot of cheesy dialog with really hot Abercrombie cave models. These “cave people” apparently have blue eyes with perfect skin and bodies that were made in gyms.
Thank you Roland Emmerich (that’s the director) for ruining our cinematic future of aliens with Independence Day, our present with The Day After Tomorrow, and now going back in time to crap all over dinosaurs and cave people.

Heath Ledger (Probably The Best Joker) Dies
| Jan. 22, 2008
Heath Ledger was pronounced dead today from a possible drug overdose. I have to say that I didn’t care too much for his early career moves but his gradual climb into almost every major movie genre out there really made an impact and forced you to pay attention. As all of you know, Tray and I, along with the rest of the world is extremely excited to see The Dark Knight because of its truthful rendition on how Batman is meant to be.
When they announced Heath Ledger as The Joker, all of us flinched but we were soon convinced that it was a perfect choice. From the articles and interviews that we’ve read to the trailers, it’s evident that Heath Ledger is The Joker.
I wonder if Joker will live to the end of this upcoming movie because if he does then it’s going to take god-knows-what to top Heath’s performance.
It’s quite a feat for Heath Ledger to be able to please so many fans in so many movie genres…especially one of the most jaded of all — the Batman fans.
Check out Heath Ledger as The Joker in the recent trailer for The Dark Knight.
Aliens vs. Predator Requiem: A Hardcore Christmas
| Dec. 28, 2007
What better way to say ‘Merry Christmas’ then laser cannons to the face with a badass Predator tearing everything up on site. Aliens VS. Predator Requiem redeems itself slightly from its first failure by Paul Anderson with its over-the-top brutality and relentless violence. An 8-year old boy gets killed within the first ten minutes, which sets the tone for the rest of the movie. » read more
